Right in the hearth of Rome with no comfort
Our experience in this “hotel”was terrible. We bought three nights however they gave us a old room in a different floor, which apparently, was part of a different hotel called “NAVONOTEL, MIGDAL PALACE”. The room had no TV, no internet conection (in spite of the hotel’s explicit offer, that we paid for).We had to got as far as to sit in the stairs of the third floor in the middle of the night to get internet from the other floor's Wi-Fi. The mattress and pillows were old and not comfortable, the curtains were loose, and let the light in. The room overlooked the street and we could not sleep because of the noise of the bar located on the first floor. We know know romas like to party up until about 4:30AM in the morning and that name-calling and expletives in the middle of the street are a daily occurrence. The hotel said, on Expedia, that the front desk opened from 7am to 7pm, but in reality their hours were 9am to 6pm, we were informed of this upon arrival, and so, because of this short schedule it was almost impossible talk with someone from the Administration. When we could finally talk to them, with one day to go, they offered to change us to a room in the hotel we had booked (namely in a different floor of the same building, but it was our last day.

Great location, nice staff.
This is a fantastic location. Having an elevator helped with our luggage. The breakfast was at a great location nearby. The only downside was that this was advertised as a two bedroom suite. It was a one bedroom suite with a bed in the kitchen/living area. Since there were only 3 of us it worked out fine, but you had to enter the bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. Great for a couple, but no privacy for more than 2.

Perfect location and wonderful hosts!
Great location...walking distance to many places and just across the street from bus 62 and 64 (which takes you everywhere). Elmeda and his wife were simply delightful....helpful in all aspects and even printed our boarding passes the night before. Breakfast was at a cute little cafe one block over...great on all counts! Rooms are very clean and nice...not luxurious but also doesn't break the bank. I would stay here again anytime!

Lovely Stay
Other than an air conditioner that could have been a little cooler as it was hot during our stay, it was a great place if you want to be in the middle of everything. The staff was marvelous and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend!

Rome, the City where we Enjoyed the Most, in Italy
We had a wonderful time in Rome. The hotel is centre to everyplace we planned to see like the Vatican City, Pantheon, The Spanish Steps, etc. The staff were helpful and very friendly and were very eager to make your stay in the hotel very pleasant and comfortable.

Great location. Room is tiny, plain and basic.
Great location. Near many famous sites. Lots of restaurants in the area and a bus stop right outside the door. The front desk person, Imelda, was incredibly helpful. She went the extra mile to be of service and help us with our many questions. She gave great suggestions as to where to visit and what time of day to go. Don't expect fancy rooms. They are tiny. Little more than a bed in a small room, a small, but nice bathroom and a closet. If you don't mind the basics and no frills, this is a great place to stay because of the wonderful staff and the location.

Very clean accommodations although room was very plain - no TV, safe, or refrigerator. Breakfast was included in a café across the busy street. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Located on a very busy street but well insulated and only minimal street noise. Very convenient locations - minutes from Piazza Navona and within walking distance to the Vatican. Would recommend to my friends who don't need a lot of amenities!

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the elevator at times. It stopped before coming all the way to the floor one time and my wife couldn't get off. The bed was very firm and we found it too hard. Lots of street noise. Also, air conditioning could have been better.

Convenient location in Rome.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the noise from the street level was loud at night. It helped to close the windows to block out the sound, but the warm weather made this impossible and the air conditioner in the room was not adequate.

I picked the hotel based on the pictures.......
The apartment that we were put at was a few blocks from the hotel and was quite difficult to find. a green door between two restaurants that were going late into the night..... The person working the front desk was amazing, she lugged the women's bags and checked on us each day. but the apartment was being redone and the AC units weren't working good. also the AC unit in the main living room wasn't working so the room was unusable in the day. I Loved lady at front desk, but wasn't a big fan of the hotel.

"Hotel" is a row of rooms in a apartment building with an apartment in an alley nearby. No real service to speak of. Minimal supplies in rooms. No phone in room. Receptionist Aimee was not much help. Did not know city well. Awful restaurant recommendation. Domenico works at their other 'hotels" not available for help. Only saving grace was the location near roman sites.

Great location, right next to Piazza Navona. Domenico the manager was a great help and really friendly. Our room was a bit small but bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. Very clean room. Loved the old building and the lift! Pickup service from the airport was easy.. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome!

Good, small hotel operation.
Convenient- neat some lovely piazzas and 15 minute walk to major sites. Nice clean room. Staff goes over the top to be accommodating, but ran into some logistical challenges during our stay I think because they are so small: ran out of towels one day, and out of hot water on another.
