Nice stay
It was clean staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Shower was hot TV and Wi-Fi worked. The only thing I was disappointed was the pool was out of service and my children and I really wanted to go for a swim, but I didn't like how it was in the center of downtown Central so it made it easy to walk around.

The bed was firm, the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of sliced fruits but the hot selections were absent of protein and high in carbs. For US$40 I got a comfortable room for 4 NOT overlooking the atrium.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before, but this one was disappointing. The elevator doesn’t work properly and the time that you need to wait for it it’s too much. The heater on the rooms wasn’t working which was awful, considering that the weather was between -1 to 4 Celsius grades at dawn. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and soap but no Kleenex, it was never replaced.
