Overall, the hotel was located in a convenient area and was well-maintained. Staff were attentive and did their best to accommodate guests. The only complaint isn't about the hotel, but the other guests. They were noisy and unapologetic about their behaviour. Not much you can do about that though.

The fridge did not work properly, as in nothing was cold. On the other hand, air condition was TOO cold. Neighbourhood around hotel is great. The bellman is very nice but the building itself seems old. Toilet needed repair during our stay. Balcony doors are hard to open. Overall, the hotel itself needs repairs. We consistently could not open the door to our room because the card key did not function.

Location was good and central to everything. Staff were professional and courteous with good english - Bed was very firm and unfortunately the pillows were poor. The bathroom was nice but had no towel racks, the shower only had a small flimsy wire basket that held motel shampoo and body wash with no room for other and no other shelving. The water pressure varied from very strong to barely running and the temperature varied with the pressure from scalding to cold, it was a very fine line with the water mixer to get the temperature at a point where it was safe to stand under for the duration. Had a large contingent of guests from India staying who were extremely inconsiderate of other guests, getting back in the very early hrs and slammimg doors, talking loudly and yelling in the hallways. Breakfast was excellent for Asian background but for a Westerner was only average (no bacon especially)
