This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

Ficamos na Suite Master. Excelente e com vista parcial para o mar. Quarto espaçoso, como desceito no site. Excelente café da manhã, com vatiedade, inclusive vegana. Atendimento maravilhoso. Apesar de conseguir uma vaga no estacionamento, é o ponto sensivel, pq é mais limitado. Está a 5 minutos das águas calmas de Ponta Verde. Há boas opções gastronômicas no entorno para todo tipo de bolso.

Muito boa a experiência, ótimo café da manhã é bastante variado, gentileza dos colaboradores, estacionamento grátis na rua ou pagando R$25 no estacionamento do hotel, não sei o porquê mas a água da piscina ardia muito os olhos você não consegue abrir os olhos na água! A praia da Jatiúca não é boa para banho, é bem forte o mar. Porém Ponta Verde e Pajuçara ficam pertinho. Tem diversas opções de restaurantes no entorno do hotel. Os apartamentos estão em ótimas condições, todos os quartos possuem vista para o mar.

Quartos enormes, aliás nunca me hospedei em hotel com quartos tão grandes. Inclusive tinha 2 aparelhos de ar condicionado. Piscina aquecida, funcionários amáveis e eficazes. O café da manhã deveria ter uma maior variedade de pães e bolos. Eu voltaria a esse hotel, se retornasse a Maceió.
