Not what was advertised!
When we arrived the king pet room wasn’t available; eventually the manager and night person made arrangements that were fine. But the property is not as advertised on Hotels.com: it’s an older place recently purchased by Prestige and starting to be renovated. None of the pictures were close to reality. Pet friendly meant we were charged $30/night for our 5# dog- rates used by fancy hotels, not motel 6 level! No outside walking areas, ice covered parking. It was clean but we had to ask for fresh towels 2nd day. It was most expensive place in Quesnel and definitely not the best. The staff were very friendly and made the best of it but both Prestige and Hotels.com are responsible for very misleading, inaccurate and expensive charges
