Great location
This room is quite small but since we weren’t planning on spending much time in the room it wasn’t an issue. It’s located in a great spot in the city centre and a tiny road that’s cute and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Gave this a chance
Although the front desk was business like. Our room was for the price substandard. Was not happy with the worn out flooring and bathroom area. Loose and missing tile pieces from bathroom floor. No shower for separator from toilet and entry of bathroom. Hardly room for two pieces of luggage to get around our bed. Noisy from outside.

It would have been nice to have been told there was major construction going on in the hotel prior to or upon arrival. We were woken up at 8am and lasted all day until just before 6pm. The construction debris came thru the air vents and soiled our belongings.

Does the job ... But no more. My bedroom had a bed (decent queen size), a desk (no chair), a wardrobe (no shelf) and basic bathroom. Enough for a few days, but nothing fancy. Place was clean, the personnel decent. Door was open at all time, which is nice but then feels a bit insecure. Especially since there is no place to leave luggage after checkout, so beware that they will stay in the hallway (I ended up using Bounce and leaving it in a properly secured placed in a shop). Overall, decent for the money, but do not expect anything more.

Overall, this hotel provided adequate service level, however, the place is more than simple. Our room was a gloomy, windowless one, but, at least, the shower cabin was comfy, and the bed was quite good, too. There was no problem with the cleanliness either, and the staff members were friendly. The biggest advantage is the location. You can take nice walks in the neighbourhood to explore the beautiful sights of the city.

We had a lovely first day, the man on the desk was very friendly and helpful. We explored the city straight away as the rooms are in a great location. However in the morning we were met by a rude lady working at reception who was disinterested and also gave unhelpful advice to a disabled woman in front of us. The hotel does not store bags which is a real shame and no alternatives given.

There was a strong smell in the reception area, as in restroom. Room was clean, had a nice balcony and bed was comfortable but there was a big bathtub right next to the bed kind of weird. The upstairs room had wooden floors sound it little loud, someone kept on walking back and forward till 2:00 am

This place was absolutely horrendous. If you have any respect for yourself and your well-being DO NOT go here. The hotel is moldy, when the AC is turned on it smells of sewage. There wad a cockroach in our room. When we asked to be refunded the lady at the front desk would not let us finish our sentence. She kept interrupting us and being super defensive. Finally we found an airbnb in the neighborhood out of town and the lady said that cockroaches and smell of mold is normal because it is located in the old town. But it is clearly that the building is not well taken care of. I hope I will be able to add the photos I took to show how terrible it is because the photos on the website are completely unrepresentative.

Good location - Strange hotel, not very clean
The hotel is in a brilliant location and the staff are helpful but the rooms are not too clean, there was fluff and hair on teh floor coming for under the bed, there was a shower in the actual room that didnt work, the shower in the bathroom was grotty and the bathroom door was a wardrobe door on kitchen door hinges - the ceiling was a strange quality of workmanship too. Car park ticket was stamped - the man at the car park ticket had no idea about giving a discount with the stamp we were given - so no discount. Otherwise it was ok but would not stay here again, much cleaner places for the money in the same area.

The hotel is located in a very quite area of the city center but this is the only positive note about it, the building is old and neglected, there was constantly bad smell walking from the street to inside the reception or the room. The room was peculiar, there was a huge additional shower taking most of the space in the middle of the bedroom, next to the bed and the sink was also located there. The ceiling was squeaking noisily when the people of the above room were walking up and down, waking me up in the middle of the night often. The last but most terrible thing of my stay at the hotel was the rash on my skin carried by little red bloodsucking parasite that were populating the bed. My skin still hitching while I am writing this review!

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Location is good thats where it ends. The superior king with balcony is a shocker - concrete bath in the bedroom, chair all tattered and torn, no aircon working which is not too bad until you try to get to sleep. As others have said there are some really noisy people above (we think its a flat) and thry did not stop until 4am. At 7 am they started making noise again. Awful avoid at all costs if you have to go make sure its not room 301. Receptionist rude and uninterested more interested in her phone. No phone in room so make sure you have your clothes at hand at 2 am to go down complain to hotel otherwise they will just say you should have let them know. Given one star because i cant give zero. No support from Expedia either if you have issues you sre on your own.

Bed bugs, no wifi , smells bad , rude staff
Una pesadilla. La habitación estaba muy sucia, con montículos, chinches en el baño y chinches en las sábanas. Además, el inodoro estará mojado porque no hay cortina de baño ni espacio para la ducha y está ubicado al lado del inodoro. El wifi no funciona, le pedimos ayuda al recepcionista pero ni siquiera le importó e insistió en que funciona perfectamente. fue muy grosero. Había una mancha amarilla en la colcha de la cama. El hotel tenía un olor muy extraño e incómodo y en general estaba MUY MUY SUCIO. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo y no pude dormir por la noche debido a los ronquidos de los hombres de al lado…. Incluso podemos escuchar a la gente afuera hablando. Recomendaría NO reservar este hotel, ¡arruinará tu estancia en Valencia! A nightmare. The room was very dirty, with mounds ,bugs in the bathroom and bedbugs on bed sheets !! also the toilet will be wet because there is no shower curtain or room for shower and it is located next to the toilet. The wifi doesn’t work, we asked the receptionist for help but he didn’t even care and insisted it works perfectly. he was very rude . There was a yellow stain on the bed cover. The hotel had a very strange uncomfortable smell and was overall VERY VERY DIRTY. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything and I couldn’t sleep at night due to the snoring of the men next door…. We can even hear people outside talking. I would recommend NOT to book this hotel, it will ruin your stay in Valencia !

Booked 2 rooms x 4 adults (2 couples). The pictures of the property & rooms are stunning. Hotel cannot be accessed by a vehicle - so we parked and carried our luggage about 1/2mile. The have discounted parking; but it’s a few miles from the hotel. So, we decided to park in the plaza lot. 1 full Day & night at €20 - which ti me is a bargain! Upon entering, the lobby smelled a little weird. Possibly because the hotel is surrounded by different restaurants. I selected & booked 2 - superior rooms with king or queen bed, private bathroom & terrace/balcony with city view. The room assigned to my parents was beautiful - 12-15ft ceilings; Terrace/Balcony with a nice view; Comfortable, king bed. And quite spacious x an older building. Exactly what I pictured the hotel room to look. However, the room assigned to my husband & I was HORRIBLE! The room was not clean. There was a rug under the full-size bed, that needed to be cleaned or tossed in the garbage. Parts of the floor were concrete - as if the room had not been finished. The open concept bathroom had a curtain instead of a door (weird) & no curtain around the shower… the water went everywhere. No terrace: just a small, pop-up window on the ceiling. No high ceilings: room has a funky shape and I hit my head 2 times when I straighten up. I’m 5’2, so you can imagine the height of the section of ceiling. We felt EXTREMELY disappointed. Especially since we had the other room to compare. We stayed in a broom closet!

Empezando por lo positivo: el personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Sin embargo, las fotos son muy engañosas. Muestran terrazas y habitaciones amplias que o no hay o no se parecen en nada a las pequeñas. La que nos tocó, un zulo, con los muebles viejos y bastante cutres y nada de luz. La cama muy cómoda, debo reconocer. El baño se ve viejo, con óxido. En algún momento descubrimos una cucaracha. Para más inri, por la mañana a las 08 empezaron con obras.
