Reserved, verified, paid for room with 2 QUEEN beds. Once we arrived hotel said they've never offered Queen beds only doubles which is unsatisfactory and if this was shown on the listing I would have never chosen this hotel. They said it was Expedia/Hotels.com fault for putting wrong information and I could take it or leave it but it was what it was, no accommodation possible. Had to find and pay for ANOTHER hotel, causing great expense and inconvenience. I am alerting all social media, government agencies, consumer groups as well as twitter / FB / Instagram / Snapchat et all about this problem. I have also contacted my bank and credit card company about the problem. Guess we will no longer use your site for any travel, I will alert all to this fact, since it contains erroneous information, there is no resolution possible and your $$$ is taken with no service received. This is unacceptable and this issue will be followed up. Also, area of hotel was unsafe and not recommended by locals, Hotel Florencia has a terrible reputation for scamming guests and for terrible service and should not be promoted by reputable sites. Don't you do your own research to avoid situations like this? Shame on you!
