I recently stayed at Westin, and unfortunately, it was a bottom-tier experience. From the moment I checked in, I noticed the room was dusty, which triggered my asthma and forced me to rely on my inhaler throughout my stay.
I also contacted the front desk for a blanket or comforter, but I never received one. This left my family and me very uncomfortable during our stay. Despite bringing my concerns to the front desk, the staff was unresponsive and seemed indifferent to my needs. Literally no one was helpful. Basic essentials were lacking in the room, which only added to the overall discomfort.
As a poor attempt to rectify the situation, management offered a destination fee credit at checkout, well now the trip is over! but this hardly compensated for the issues we faced. I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to others especially if you would like a blanket. I received an apology email following my poor review. Never again.
