Place is amazing! Great property, trained and knowledgeable staff, attention to detail, they have everything and more you might need during your stay. Easily a 5 star hotel-resort. Concierge team member Christina Nierri was amazing, warm and welcoming, she even gave us a tour of the hotel, making the whole experience even more inviting. First time to Mykonos and to this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always approachable. The hotel reception and our room with its stunning views of the sea were clean and the décor, amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our private hot tub!. Food and service at the Nouveau Restaurant, exquisite! The evening entertainment, first class. Poolside, loungers, bar and service, awesome! The free shuttle service to private the beach and into Mykonos Town, highly efficient. The boutique is well stocked and other facilities, excellent.
