decent location, quick easy check-in and check-out. However, room smelled of mildew and shower had lots of mold. The glass of the shower was incredibly water stained and the shower heads were completely dirty. Also, when using hot water the shower didnt really work. For the price, didn't really think it was worth it.

スタンダードを予約しましたが、アップグレードしてくれたらしく、窓が大きくかなり広い部屋に案内されました。 ただ、しばらく使ってないらしく、テレビの線が外れていたり、ほこりがひどかったのが残念。 確認して、少し掃除をしてから通してもらえれば、かなりコストパフォーマンスが高かったです。 ウエストレイク沿いで、スーパーが入っているショッピングセンター（大きくは無いです）がすぐ近くにあるので、立地もいいと思います。

Avoid at all costs!
Horrible hotel, over priced, my room had no windows, it's dirty and smells damp. The only good thing about the hotel is the girl at the front desk very helpful and friendly.

Just ok and overpriced
Just not worth the money. At 75 dollars just to have a window? This hotel should have been way nicer. It was very standard, and similar to other hotels that cost 35-40 dollars in the city. Room had dirt on the floor, a dead fly, and no bags in the garbage bins. Beds were alright but sheets felt almost slimy. Never do you laundry with them! They charge per item. staff need to work on their English.

ん～。安いけど、古い。
シェラトンハノイでの行事に参加するために、近隣ホテルとして利用しました。 West Lakeといってハノイの中心街から少し離れている場所でホテルも少ないので、ここを選びました。 同じ価格帯でもホーチミンだと新築の良いホテルが選べましたので期待しましたが、写真ではきれいなものの築３０年以上のホテルで設備は色々古かったです。 朝食はバイキングではなくオーダー制でした。美味しかったです。 スタッフも親切で英語もバッチリでした。 いかんせん設備が。。。 ３名で滞在し、 １名はスイート １名はデラックス １名はスーペリアでした スイートはWest Lakeを見渡せるビューで、ベランダもあり快適 デラックスは、後ろの沼地を見渡せるビュー スーペリアは、実質No Windowで暗く狭い部屋 でした

Muy malo y sucio
El hotel esta en una buena ubicación, sin embargo la habitación es realmente fea , sucia y las fotos de la pagina no corresponden a la realidad. Las sabanas estaban húmedas y la habitación era oscura . Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que el lavamanos estaba tapado por lo que tuvimos que bajar a la recepción a hablar con el señor de la recepción (en la habitación no hay teléfono ) para que lo arreglaran; el señor subió , nos pidió nuestra llave de la habitación y con ella trato de abrir el sifón , la metió en el agua estancada y después de un buen rato de intentarlo no bajo el agua por lo que llamo a otra persona del hotel y ella finalmente pudo . No me volvería a quedar en este hotel .

just so so
I visit this hotel for the transit,so just stay 1-night only. There're no windows room. Also it doesn't operate warm-conditional sysrem. At first they provide warm heater,but changed my room after my complaints. There are some good cafes nereby so it's better for alone tripper.

Nice hotel close to West Lake
This hotel is good. The service was really good, the people working here was really nice. The breakfast is quite good, we have a choice of food. The room was good. There was no window, but it was ok. The hotel is really close to West Lake, which is a good location in Hanoi.
