No geral foi bom só tenho a me queixar da recepção achei meio mal informada e impaciente um atendente estava perto do turno dele acabar, atendente estava impaciente e não me deu a informação que eu pedi, pediu pra eu esperar outra recepcionista que iria render o turno dele, até aí ok! Só que isso foi com uma resposta meio ríspida depois que eu fiquei sem resposta inicialmente e questionei novamente. Café da manhã muit bom, variedade, quarto limpo, ar condicionado gelando bem e Wi-Fi funciona direitinho .

O café da manha nao tinha muita opçao. Demoravam muito para repor o que acabava. Os funcionários parecem que estao te fazendo favor e nao que você está pagando. Nao sao educados e cordiais. E pra piorar, o estacionamento nao é no hotel, é em outra rua. Tivemos que parar o carro na rua, tirar as malas, a entrada do hotel é de escada, estávamos com 4 malas, 2 das nossas filhas...foi horrivel...toda vez que queríamos sair, tinhamos que ir andando p outro quarteirao p pegar o carro

A princípio ele é um hotel bem antigo, bem no centro, muito barulho ( isso que ficamos 16 andar) . No dia tinha feira e eles fecham a rua. Não tem estacionamento no hotel e existe uma parceira a uma quadra do hotel ( próximo) mas com custo adicional de 40$. O ponto pior é que tem muito andarilho e se torna um tanto perigoso. Como foi uma única noite , não nos preocupamos muito. Café da manhã bom 👍

Limpeza e reformas urgente
Atendimento bom, café da manhã bom. Hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, mobiliário antigo e com mal funcionamento. Uma boa higienizada nos banheiros e embaixo das camas urgente. Poeira na cabeceira das camas, mofo no box do banheiro, teias de aranha, e crosta de sujeira na saída do box. Toalhas muito usadas, e cobertas com cheiro de usadas. O controle remoto quebrado. Estacionamento a 100 metros aproximadamente e vinte reais diária. Bebados e andarilhos gritam em frente na madrugada e o sino da igreja parece que bate dentro do quarto.

Excelente estadia para Família
A estadia foi incrível. O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Fiz a reserva para um quarto quádruplo (casal com dois filhos) e fomos muito bem atendidos. O café da manhã é razoável,.com boas opções, mas pouca variedade. O PONTO NEGATIVO realmente é o ESTACIONAMENTO distante do hotel e PAGO. Em nosso primeiro dia, como estava chovendo, molhei bastante ao voltar do estacionamento para o hotel porque como a rua tem uma descida íngreme, formam muitas enchurradas. No mais, o hotel atendeu às nossas expectativas. A localização central (próximo ao Parque, Shopping e Mercado) e a limpeza foram os pontos altos.

Razoável. O check in depende de parar o carro em rua muito movimentada e o estacionamento (por convenio) fica em outra rua a uns 200m. O hotel é bem limpo e café da manhã bem adequado. Os funcionários são cordiais. A mim, incomoda o ruído do trânsito nas ruas, pois é centro.

Minhas conclusões
POSITIVOS: café da manhã ótimo, limpeza excelente, cama boa, ar condicionado excelente. Vista incrível por ser bem alto, piscina legal. NEGATIVOS: 2 elevadores funcionando pra atender uma galera. acústico horrível, da pra escutar todos na rua. Deu pra escutar a pessoa de cima também. Pizza deles eu paguei 50 reais por uma massa daquelas de mercado (semi pronta), e broto (6 pedaços), não havia nenhuma informação da pizza no cardápio. Pra fazer o adiantamento do checkin me cobraram 150. Trocou o rapaz da recepção e fui perguntar se havia possibilidade e ele cobrou 18 reais para adiantar. Só uma pequena observação: Alegaram que não havia quarto disponível, mas eu disse que pagaria e aí me cobraram a taxa, então caíram em contradição. Enfim, experiência bem mediana, voltaria somente se não tivesse outras opções.

Manutenção
Precisa de manutenção nas fechaduras de portas, sistema de cartões que abre as portas do quarto sempre com problema uma dificuldade sempre para entrar nos quartos. Toda hora tendo que acionar a portaria e nao resolve mesmo fazendo várias trocas de cartões..
