The service provided is really good, we have stayed at Hilton Chatan and this for our Okinawa trip and the service here is impeccable. I am a silver member so we have free parking, the parking is valet parking so is really nice! Awesome room with everything inside, will come back n stay again definitely

Staff are kind and professional, rooms are large and bathroom was very nice (it has window, tub, shower head, in a roomy bathroom). Surely I will visit again when I visit Okinawa. One thing is that room heading seaside has good view but the opposite side are blocked by other tall buildings. It is better check before reservation. Ah, breakfast buffet is also nice with great view from top floor restaurants. I want to have a Rhiga Royal membership, it seems that it is available only for Japanese people.
