2/10 Poor

Hands down the worst place I stayed for the past decade: the bathroom smells like sewage, check in is not even at the property, the noise from the bars on the street lasts until 3am.

A good apartment on the first floor. Faced the street, which had a lot of nightlife and poorly closing windows, leading to a lot of sound coming through. Parking in the centre of Granada is extortionate.

Great location, nice sized apartment, all needs were met. Only negative was checking in at a separate location.

Good value, great location.
Very spacious and good value in a very good location. The safe didn’t work and wasn’t screwed down so we couldn’t use that. None of the sinks had plugs which meant it was difficult to wash up and we had to shower instead of using the bath. However I would use the apartment again despite these glitches.

8/10 Very Good

Comfortable stay with just a few suggestions for improvement. Please make sure the cooking utensils are complete as there are no knives to use which could have been very helpful. You could still hear the noise from outside at night as there is a bar so soundproofing the bedroom could be useful and the hot water runs out in the shower after awhile of using it. Usually if you are the second to use it, it becomes cold. Lastly one of the lamps in the room has no light bulb. Otherwise, clean and very central so overall a pleasant stay.

Terrible check in experience. Two different buildings for making check. They lied about having parking space. Impossible to have a good sleep due to all the noise of the people on the street until very very late hours!

Simple, clean and good location.
Check in was a little awkward as we had to go to the main hotel a few minutes walk away and we’re not told in advance. The apartment was very clean but lacked home comforts, but otherwise it was cleaned well, in a good location and was excellent value for the price. Some great near by bars too, would stay again.

Great area, quite central
Nice studio but the internet from room 102 is very weak. Plus check in is away from the studio.

Needs closer Office
The office isn't at the apartment building so having to walk up a hill with luggage with cobblestone streets was very stressful alone. Checkin was fast and effective but there was noise all night from neighbors and cleaners I'm assuming early in the morning and I had a hard time sleeping. Not horrible but not the best.

Every thing was pretty good except there was no ac in bedrooms. One ac was in living area . We had to open the doors of our rooms to get some cold air which was not enough.

6/10 Good

The space was roomy, and the kitchen and living area were nice. The beds were comfortable, and I liked the historic building, located right in town. However, the carpets were worn through (better to just remove them entirely), and the bathroom smelled badly of sewage. This may be a problem throughout the neighborhood, as the local fountains in the plazas sometimes had this smell, but they should put a 2,000 flushes tablet in the tank or something to deodorize the toilet!

4/10 Fair

Hotel was older and in need of updating, which wasn't a problem considering the low rate we paid. However, our room was on the top floor and had no windows except one skylight, which had a cover haphazardly taped to the frame so we couldn't remove it, meaning no light could get in. Additionally, the toilet started leaking on the second day we were there. We ended up checking out a few days early and moving to a different property. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was very friendly.

It's actually an apartment not a hotel. You have to go to a hotel check in before you can get into the apartment.

Wonderful value in the middle of Granada
First for the price this place was massive. Huge living area, kitchen, and bedroom. The only problem is with such space it is harder to cool off. (Only one AC unit) So a little stuffy at night. Placed in a beautiful area of Granada with a small balcony you are connected to the old style city (one evening I saw a wedding procession coming from a church down the street). Their is no front desk at this property, which can create a little inconvenience, but it's barely a problem. You have to ring in to the main property to get into the building but again only a slight issue with that. The main hotel property is only 2 blocks away and they have a nice complementary breakfast I used the morning I left. Good cleaning service kept the area very well. Being right in the center of Granada your either close to stuff or there are shuttle services or cheap taxis all over the place.(if your going to the Alhambra) A little noisy at night because of a nightclub across the street but if your on vacation that could be a positive. Overall very nice.

Stay away from this stinky and smelly apartment
Bathroom has strong sewer backup smell. After we complained, hotel put something in the toilet bowl temporarily. But the smell returned the next day - worst than first - you will vomit if you stay in it for even 5 minutes. This is a sanitary issue the hotel refused to address. Also security safe doesn't work. Asked for iron but was never delivered to us. Apartment does not look like what's shown in photos - plain, old with worn out carpets in lobby. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Address for checkin wasn't actually the building you stay at. It was confusing to find. Hotel was a little run down and our room faced the road so neither of us slept well. It was very noisy though the wee hours of the morning. Definitely noticed that when you book through Hotels.com you end up getting a room that consistently was not their best rooms and typically with no view or facing a noisy street. Ask for a better room upon check in.
