Cleaning staff left the front door open one day n balcony doors open the next. Wifi was awful. Shower splashed water outside of bathroom n run to hallway everytime we’d shower. Very slippery. One pool. Only bar open at a time. Not many drink options.

Toilet in the bathroom was leaking from the bottom. The shower was leaking from the top. The mirror was never finished when replaced there’s holes around the mirror and the wall they charge me for towels terrible terrible they couldn’t even explain the charges to me. There was really only 1 restaurant available to serve mealss for breakfast and dinner. So our stay became very redundant. The entertainment talent was a delight. Those dancers are truly talented performers. The 1 restaurant that was hyped up to be exclusive and required reservations on the day of was nothing to rave about. It was mediocre food. We had to move rooms due to a leak that I discovered while blowdrying my hair that could've been a serioius accident. The new room was by the noisy street and the bathroom had torn up shower curtains. The whole hotel has cracks in the walls. Not much to do on the property and the private beach is so tiny. The driver that dropped us off on the first day which we asked about the beach club Niru explained that we should just walk out to the beach and that the whole beach area was ours to enjoy. Once we sat down we quickly learned that it was not true and could've been duped to order food and drink that was not included so we were removed from the area. My husband and I have been to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta at various all inclusives and have enjoyed various resorts but this was by far the worst experience.

Dress Code to dine in Special Restaurant it’s ridiculous they told me that the stones on my dressy Sandals were not big enough to their standards!!!. The reservations person told me that if I was really interested in eating at that place I could go buy shoes that fit their standards. Very disappointed

Note that this is not beach front. You will to take a shuttle to get to the beach club and beach. You also have to take the shuttle to eat breakfast and lunch. Dinner you will take a the main hotel. This was my biggest complaint about the stay. Shuttles come every 30 mins.

Staff is overall very attentive. I disliked that you were limited to where and times you could it. "All inclusive" should allow ypu yo have snack/dinner options regardless od the time and here that was not available. Water slide closed after 5 when everyone was coming back from the beach club since their last ride vack to the hotel from the club was at 5. Could benefit from more love entertainment and maybe some.music in pyblic areas.

Pasamos una semana de vacaciones en este hotel en mayo. Aquí están nuestras observaciones: La estancia fue agradable, aunque hay áreas a mejorar. Las comodidades eran buenas, pero algunas reglas y actitudes del personal podrían ajustarse. La recepción fue una mezcla de servicio amable y personal que parecía no disfrutar su trabajo. Algunos necesitan actualización en servicio al cliente, ya que algunas interacciones fueron bruscas. Las comodidades de la piscina eran buenas, pero el horario del tobogán de 9 a 5 fue problemático. Durante la ola de calor, la gente venía por la tarde y los niños no podían usar el tobogán, una regla mal pensada para las familias. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, pero el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba, haciendo que la habitación estuviera solo un poco más fresca que la temperatura exterior, lo cual era incómodo durante la ola de calor. La comida era de excelente calidad y disfrutamos del Mercado y de la estación de quesadillas en vivo. Sin embargo, había un intervalo entre el almuerzo y la cena sin comida disponible hasta las 7, lo cual era inconveniente. The food was all buffet style and the quality was average. I did not like the fact that I had to go to their beach club for lunch and to have access to the beach. That was an inconvenience to me. I really enjoyed their nightly entertainment thought. I don’t think I would be back.
