Family stay in Ciudad del Este
up to day building facilities; basic hot and cold breakfast included in our Hotels.com rate; very helpful to start the day. Close to the Paraguay-Brasil port of entry, close to the shopping malls and the busy trade & shopping area. Nice quiet clean, small pool and social & gathering amenities. We will come back.

O hotel em si é muito bom. O meu quarto era ótimo. Muito bem conservado e ótimo atendimento. Na recepção os funcionários são pouco receptivos. Não sei se porquê somos de outro País. Mas não foram muito simpáticos nem quando pedíamos informações de taxi. Mas no mais os outros colaboradores muito gentis e o café da manhã muito bom. Uma boa variedade dd alimentos e frutas Roupão também disponíveis.

Não tinha chaves suficientes para 3 no quarto triplo. A sauna não estava aberta e a recepção não atendeu ao telefone para informar da chave. A mesa do café da manhã terminava sem saída. O estacionamento estava lotado e pediram para deixar o carro estacionado na rua (cheio de compras)
