Wonderful boutique hotel
This small hotel is in the center of everything. Our room was very quite. we had a lovely breakfast every morning in a room overlooking the opera house. The hotel staff are exceptional and their attention to detail is excellent. The room we had is exactly as pictured. The hotel secured our travel arrangements for our stay in Sicily. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Palermo.

Horrible.
Horrible experience! with the front desk staff and also with the room. Make sure not to book the single room in the side building because that is some depressing room with the window opening to elevator shaft. Tiny, smelly and seriously depressing. Had a couple of requests from the front desk, it may be the language barrier but, the reaction I got was rather rude.. The neighborhood is amazing, the hotel is very well located but if you have to stay at the very center, maybe look somewhere else...

Wer Italienisch, Deutsch oder Englisch spricht, kommt damit im Hotel wunderbar zurecht. Tolles vielseitiges Frühstück mit schönem Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf kulturelle Gebäude. Die Zimmer mit Badezimmern sind außergewöhnlich modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück, als erste Gäste in diesem neuen Hotel untergebracht zu werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel in vollem Umfang weiter empfehlen.
