Hotel in nice distance to Chinatown and free parking. Minibar well filled, not very expensive and restaurant had good food to a pleasant price. The room was a little bit disappointing regarding the price of the room, but clean and ok All in all, a nice stay

The hotel is clean and comfortable, no bells or whistles. Centrally located, close to chinatown. Reception is on level 12 so upon entering the building, it was somewhat confusing.

At first sight, this hotel looked old, but when we checked in at 12 th floorball , we were very surprised. Great hotel with great view and very nice and professionel staff and service. One negative respons would be, that there were only 1 elevator out of 3, that was working.

Not a bad place to land in Bangkok.
The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area.

The pictures shown on the website are a bit deceiving. If you’re used luxury hotels then this is definitely not it. The only plusses are they have connected family rooms and it’s close to chinatown. I went with 3 adults and 6 children. So my options in hotels was limited.

Good value for money
Service was very friendly. The gym, pool and included-breakfast are commendable for a hotel. One negative is the opportunistic floating concierge person selling lical rides for cheap. Once you are passed onto an unlicensed driver, you are encouraged to stop at a souvenir store for ’5 mins’ on route to the destination. That’s when you know you are being gamed.

The temperature on the air conditioner control would not light up. We spent the first night over heating because it wouldn’t work. Maintenance finally came to look at 10 pm and said they set it as low as it would go, yet the room was very warm all night. The next day we asked for a new room. That control panel wouldn’t light up either so there was no adjusting the temperature but at least it was cold. The “partner transportation” service located at the entrance to the elevators and in the main lobby were high pressure sales. We ended up scheduling out own airport taxi. The room was quiet though and clean. Take your own washcloths as none are provided.
