Good hotel but remember it's an old hotel.
Good facilities however the hotel is old. So don't expect new 5 star. The decor and wear and tear definitely shows. Also the noise travels quickly. Staff here are excellent and friendly. Quick to help. The staff here make up for the building being old and worn out. Bathrooms need a refurbishment or at least a new mastic seal all round.

I think necessary some improvements.
The hotel seems be quite old, 1 restaurant good for breakfast but not appealing for lunch or dinner… difficult believe restaurant of 5 star hotel. In the room only one small bottle if shampoo no shower gel …..personel at floor say they run out of it. . SPA same level , many lockers out of order. Area where hotel is located quite low appealing even there no restaurant walking distance.

The hotel wasn’t clean the manger told me the room have multiple Complan wasn’t clean and still give to the gust you can’t sleep at night because bad odor from the bathroom the front desk they are very rude and unprofessional I was try to address my issues she was start complaining about me having a gust as I book the room one adult then I try to explain we have arrived in different day and time I wasn’t fully understanding and I contacted Expidia address the situation and the hotel give me 2 choices to give me a clean room or refund me the 11 unused night over USD I chose the refund and checked out the hotel then the hotel denied my refund

A nice hotel but seen it’s best days!
Its a nice hotell but it has seen its best days. It’s a lack of maintenance specially at the spa. Most of the lookers in the men’s looker room was out of funktion. There was only one shower with warm water and no water in the small pool. It was freezing cold where the big pool was. In the hamas spa the warm water only worked for half of the time we were there. We spent 11 days in at the hotell but only used the spa ones due to the poor condition. The staff was very friendly and service minded. Everything we asked for they tried to help us with. Note: if you have booked a room for 3 person they give you a room for 2 and put an extra bed in the room. The rooms are good and comfortable but also here there is a lack of maintenance. Our bath tub was leaking so we had to change room. And there is a lot of mould in the bathrooms. See pictures. It was a nice view but due to the dirty windows you can barely see anything. The breakfast is good with plenty of food. It’s very ”arabic inspired ” so if you are in to ”European breakfast ” i suppose you will bee disappointed. It’s a lot of clients from the clinics so be ready to sometimes have the feeling of eating in a hospital. The location is far away from the city center. If you go with public transportation it will take you about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there. It’s like in an industrial area. The restaurant next door was a good restaurant we enjoyed.
Windows need cleaning.
A lot of things are broken in the hotel and needs maintenance.
In the bathrooms it’s a lot of mould (the ceilings in the bath tub) and water damage.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, car park not fit for purpose, damaged the underside of my car going in and out it. No one to help with the bags when checking in, had to do it myself, the receptionist couldn’t care less, WiFi not working most of the time, constant power cuts in the room. Breakfast selection was rubbish, no chocolate Nutella for the kids, kept blaming suppliers, how hard can it be just to go to your local market and pick one up instead of saying no to your customers, Housekeeping non existent.

The hotel was so bad, restaurant had only 2 Main courses on the menu. The food tasted verry bad - the food was either not properly cooked or burnt. The Staff was rude, the hotelroom was so nasty and dirty. i do not reccomend this hotel at all!
