Outdated and not like advertised photos. Staff overcharged for parking and were rude, hostile and threatening and personally attacked when we left our first Expedia review. Very disappointed that a standard review on check in identified us and resulted in us being harassed and threatened by owner. The most unprofessional and worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel.

Qualità prezzo assolutamente fuori scala! Non so come mai si presenta con 4*. Ascensore che faceva paura entrarci, sporco e maleodorante. Camera da motel, nemmeno una presa usb, non un frigo con l’acqua. Meno male che era pulita. Colazione scarsissima! Quattro cose messe in croce! Receptionist che ha chiuso la porta e ha lasciato un biglietto alla porta con il numero di telefono. Insomma nulla di buono

Bodde på hotellet i 10 netter i juli. Hotellet ser penere ut fra utsiden enn på innsiden. Svært enkle rom med få stikkontakter og harde senger. Vi reiste med to tenåringer og hadde bestilt et dobbeltrom og et rom med to enkeltsenger. Fikk likevel to dobbeltrom ved innsjekk uten mulighet for å bytte. Bassenget er lite og solstolene ligger i skyggen det meste av dagen. Frokosten er enkel og mangler ferskt brød og frisk frukt. Grei service fra personalet. Fikk ekstra laken og puter ved forespørsel. Sengeteppet som lå på sengen ved innsjekk var flekkete. Parkering på hotellets plasser var dyrt, 20 euro pr. døgn. Benytt heller gateparkering (offentlig regulert) til 2 euro pr. døgn. Parkeringskort kjøpes på Tabaccheria/kiosk. Pluss for god beliggenhet og fin balkong.

Die Zimmer entsprachen leider nicht den Fotos der Junior Suite bzw. des Familienzimmers. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt enttäuschend – es gab keinen Föhn, das Kunstlederbett war an vielen Stellen eingerissen, verschmutzt und zudem instabil. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Mittag- und Abendessen war aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen, da die Preise recht hoch waren. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Frühstück, der schöne Swimmingpool sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der große Balkon mit Liegestühlen und der herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Weniger praktisch war außerdem, dass der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig war und das Parken mit zusätzlichem Aufwand verbunden war.

Les photos sur le site internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Suite junior 702: les meubles vieux, taches et fissures sur les murs, la terasse jamais nettoyée, salle de bains petite et mal aménagé, des odeurs mauvaises des ventilateurs climatisation, Le petit déjeuner de niveau bb, Qualité ne correspond pas au prix. Dommage... A l,arrivée on demande de payer la totalité du séjour et puis on dit que hotel complet,plus de chambres pour changer...une arnaque

Personnel désagréable, on ne peut pas sortir la voiture du parking quand on veut, il faut prevenir la reception 20 mins avant parce que les voitures sont entassés les unes derrière les autres dans le parking a 15euros la nuit... autant se stationner dehors au cas ou il y a une urgence. On n'a pas le droit a un deuxième café au petit dejeuner.... alors que c'est censé etre un buffet volonté. On est pas sur un service 4 etoiles. Et Mary la réceptionniste qui parait gentille au debut, vous prend de haut. Et il faut payer la totalité de chambre des l'arrivée, et cest demandé tres désagréablement. Plus jamais.

Su Expedia l hotel aveva un ottimo prezzo. Contattata la struttura volevano vendermi la stanza ad in prezzo più alto ; alla fine sono riusciti nell intento addebitandomi un extra di 10 euro a notte per il cane .

servizio deludente

Struttura in posizione buona vicino al centro e spiaggia ma servizi pessimi , parcheggio inesistente , camera pulita ma piccolissima (9mq) senza nulla !! bollitore dell'acqua appoggiato sulla scrivania senza un bicchiere , senza una tazzina , senza una bustina di the , senza nulla , frigobar completamente vuoto , neanche una bottiglietta di acqua di cortesia (15 centesimi) , per essere un 4 stelle servizio molto deludente , consiglierei ai gestori di farsi una vacanza in un qualsiasi altro 4 stelle del mondo per vedere i servizi che offrono e capire cosa vuol dire 4 stelle .

Soggiorno deludente

Hotel con pochissimi posti auto a pagamento.. posto in zona vicino al centro, dove ora i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento.. quindi si sprecano ore alla ricerca di un posteggio.. camere piccole e.. senza armadio! Camera non rifatta in tutta la giornata, giustificata con ‘abbiamo avuto un problema con le partenze’ difficilmente 2 persone potranno fare 60 camere, incluse le partenze.. appena arrivi al check-in ti chiedono di saldare il conto.. poco carino direi come benvenuto, considerando che siano stati più volte qui, (abbiamo sempre pagato 😄) non ci torneremo più.
