An enjoyable stay! Good value for the money. Very conveniently located, with good transport links. Local area has lots of nice bars and cafes. Breakfast was a generous size. Fan in the bathroom was really quite loud (but imagine that doesn’t affect every room!). Overall, I’d recommend it for the price.

This hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Prenzlauerberg neighborhood. It's directly on a tram line, but also inside the inner courtyard of an apartment block so it's very quiet. It has a modern charm to the rooms and décor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel well worth a visit
Lovely room, huge bed, and a kettle :) Set in a quiet court yard close to the tram stop so getting about is easy. The staff are welcoming, friendly & speaking in English and other languages happy to help us find our way to the Mercedes Arena for a concert. A continental breakfast each morning with freshly baked bread buns & will make gluten free for you if needed. Well worth stopping over.

Good location but breakfast poor value
Stay was good and location good to get into the city. Only downsides pillows in room were awful one provided per person and was more of a cushion than pillow. Breakfast also at 12 euro per person. was not good value. 4 thin slices of kiwi, orange and melon few slices of ham cheese and two boiled eggs. I would stay again but ask for additional pillows. Recommend the breakfast at the Bakery two doors away.

Quiet location. Easy to catch the public transportation. Cute room with enough space. Elevator that works. No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and a hood breeze in the evening. Two bottles of free water and free coffee. Loved the view to the garden. Staff was friendly and it was easy to check in and out. Definitely felt secure and safe there.

Voltaria todas as vezes que fosse a Berlim
O quarto tinha cheirinho de chá e uma decoração super fofa. Trazia um ar muito aconchegante e eu fiquei muito curiosa pra saber o que usavam pra aromatizar o ambiente. A cama é muito confortável e tem 2 almofadas, além do travesseiro, pra equilibrar altura e densidade. Nos deixou bastante incomodados o fato de que o aquecedor praticamente parava de funcionar durante a noite. O quarto ficava mais frio e nitidamente não saía calor da calefação, o que não conseguimos resolver, mesmo conversando com a equipe, que informou que eles não desligavam nada pela noite. O banheiro tem um espaço ok, mas sem suporte para sabonetes e produtos para cabelo, o que torna tudo mais difícil, além da cortina que fica colando nas pernas durante o banho (tenho pavor). O café da manhã foi o melhor que ja comi na vida. Eles entregam uma bandeja montada com pães, frutas, café, leite, queijos... tudo bem farto e, se quiser, pode repetir ou pegar mais itens que ficam de fora por falta de espaço inicialmente. O atendimento da equipe toda foi extremamente cortês (só vou fazer uma ressalva pro atendente da última noite que foi desnecessariamente sarcástico com minha preocupação ao retornar ao hotel e ver que estava fechado no horário em que fomos informados que estaria aberto, pois precisávamos retirar as malas. Mas ele sozinho não estraga o restante). O hotel fica numa avenida movimentada, mas é um prédio de fundos com outras 2 torres residenciais, então não pega os ruídos da rua.
