The hotel itself is very nice, no problems with it.
Hotel restaurant is a bit expensive, with very small amount of choice.
The most interesting part of this hotel - is its location. There was only 1 working restaurant nearby (very good btw). No boardwalk, no sand beach, no people, no shops, no gelaterias nearby at all.
It's located not in Erice itself, however in Pizzolungo, and if you have no car, you need to use every time a bus, which runs several times a day (and may be late).
Getting to San Vito Lo Capo (where the beach is), will take about 45-55 minutes by bus, a bit less by car; and about 15-20 minutes to Trapani (from where you may take another bus to the airports, take boat to visit Favigniana, take cable car to Erice (the old city)).
The hotel has its natural pool with sea water, however it is much more pleasant to swim in the sea, not in the pool (though you may find several escapes to the sea, through the stones), and swim in the sea. However no sand and beach.
So I kind of can advice this hotel, but ONLY if you have a car. And, on the other hand, what is the point to stay in this hotel and driving every day to Sav Vito to have a nice bathing in the sea, enjoying Sicilian culture and variety of restaurants, fairs, etc.
If you wish to see nobody, and spend all of the vacation in the hotel - you will enjoy :)
