Ick doesn’t begin to describe it
From the moment we arrived it was horrible. The hotel stunk. They had just bleached our room so much that it sent us all into breathing fits and our feet were soaked upon entry. The beds were terrible. We had to choose from super lumpy and feeling every spring or practically sleeping on the floor because the second bed in the room was as hard as concrete. The toilet popped every time anyone sat on it. At all hours of the night there were doors slamming and people (including staff) yelling in the hallways. That’s not to speak of the terrible smell of the drugs or our children finding used condoms all over the place! Terrible experience! RUN FAR AWAY AND FAST!!!

The Most Horrible Hotel I have ever encountered
Bad plumbing overflowing toilet stopped up sinks...hard beds one step from concrete slabs...blood stained towels...someone stole a family's van leaving them stranded out of town walking with kids...lots of drug users and prostitutes standing around... it was absolutely Horrible.over priced facility for the poor quality..

This red roof was the worst I had ever stayed in. The electric outlets didn’t have covers, the ceiling was a mess, the beds were like sleeping on box springs with very small flat pillows. I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Window wouldn’t close. It was the first place I knew that kept windows open. Table was broke. Phone didn’t work. (In the first room). In second room, beds weren’t level, mattresses were discolored. By now, I was really uncomfortable. I didn’t even stay because I felt uncomfortable. I just let them keep the money for the first day with no hesitation. Brought the card back the next day for other money. There was a sign posted on the building about not responsible for vandalism or stolen cars. When I pulled up on the site, things looked still and quiet. The moment I got out my vehicle, people started walking from the middle of nowhere. No way Jose!! Surroundings didn’t look safe, so I had to leave. I didn’t want to wake up and my car had been stolen because they wouldn’t have been responsible. I thought it would be ok the cheap way out, but I got what I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

After arriving at the hotel and receiving a room number, the attendant had to take me to two DIFFERENT rooms (3 total) as the original room occupied. The next morning the police were threatened upon me after being told I was trespassing by security as the room was not assigned to me in the system due to the attendants mistake. Once the security officer found out I was suppose to be in the room, he never came back to apologize. Terrible experience!!

Motel from hell
First of all you should know it was gonna be bad when you arrived to the hotel and there’s cops arresting someone in the hotel... we had to wait like 25 minutes in the lobby cause there was no one there... then the guy who showed up was wearing a bulletproof vest.. he was the security/front desk person...😳😳😳 it looked like the place was full of hookers. We had the witness the fight between the cops and a girl who looked like someone didn’t pay for her services. Around 3 am I hear the security/ front desk person knocking on the door next to me asking that he needed to see the receipt of the person in that room.... it was crazy

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
THINK ABOUT IT !!!!! what hotel offers do you have on offer! This hotel is usually a danger to a normal customer! The hotel is in a dangerous area, there are suspicious people around the hotel, in the hotel I was accosted by strangers and I was threatened in front of the hotel !!! I had to pay for the hotel but I didn't sleep in it after what I saw there !!!!

Will not be going back
I made reservations and went ahead and paid for a room with 2 queen size beds. Once I arrived I was told they only had one room left with two bed and it didn’t have a tv. I was traveling with 3 teenagers and needed a room with two beds and a TV. After the front desk clerk huffed and puffed I was finally given a room with 2 beds and a tv. Once we got to the room the bed were not queen but full size beds that were very old and wore out. The door was not very secure. The floors were very nasty and sticky, we had to ask for toilet paper there was none in the room. The area is a very bad area. Used condoms and wrappers all over the parking lot.

We did NOT stay in the room. We were embarrassed by the front desk clerk by them calling my interracial significant other a "prostitute" . I will NEVER go to a Red Roof in again.
