I was in Seoul for a conference. The staff was very friendly, helping me find the bus I needed to take. However, the room cleanliness needed lots of attention. I found a used band aid stuck on one of the packs of coffee, a hair on the shower head, and many mosquitos in the room when I checked in. (I didn't notice the band aid until the morning.) Nothing major, especially since I don't drink coffee. When I left the hotel at 8 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings, there was still a bouncer and a large group of young adults loitering near the club below the hotel. I couldn't hear them until I went outside. Overall, compared to other hotels in Seoul with a similar price range, it was pretty decent. Not American standard, but ok for a Korean standard hotel.
