Customer service was great the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. Gentleman working there also very polite and friendly, hotel has been updated and prices are awesome, comfy beds and kitchen is so convenient for us to cook meals. All around I enjoyed my stay!

Drinks that normally cost you $2 at a corner store they charge 3$ prices are ridiculously high and they don’t honor the Expedia price The lady that works during the night is sweet and very helpful. The property is new and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, when I explained I needed a bottom room for my puppy, the woman at the front desk (from South Africa) told to pay a pet fee and it could only be cash. I explained I only had $15. She said great it’s $10. Motel 6 DOES NOT charge pet fees and I was advised (and given the number) to call corporate from Motel6 reservations. She scammed me and that’s the reason for the low score.
