Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was our first night in Japan . Staff was super friendly and could speak English. They offer a shuttle service but unfortunately no one responded to my email requesting pickup from the airport, so we had to taxi. Their buffet breakfast was good too, as my son has nut allergies, the staff was able to let us know which items to avoid .

Loved this place! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower and toilet has mold. The shower walls and curtain had mold spots and the inside of the toilet bowl was moldy, too. Other than that, it was great!

Cheap and simple hotel, but good standard
For the price paid (OK, it was a Black Friday deal with 30% off but anyway) it was a perfect price/quality ratio. The hotel is little older (it can be seen on the elevator, the bathroom and the toilet, for example), but the room we had was refurbished and more than adequate the price we paid. Quite small, but still OK, very silent (oriented to the backyards). The bathroom was older, but functional and the toilet sometimes smelled a little but had the perfect Japanese style toilet bowl, heated, with two water sprays etc.). There is a free shuttle every hour to/from Narita Airport. The hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) to the center of Narita town with both railway stations for easy access to Tokyo. Also a shopping center is 5 minutes walking time, with several restaurants of all price ranges within 15 mnutes walk. All in all, we were very satisfied for this very cheap and adequate deal.

There was hair in the bathtub. They didn’t clean it properly. It was my first night at the hotel. Private bathroom and you can hear noise from the outside. The staff were really nice. There’s a place you can your your luggage. My bus to Narita was a couple hours of wait, they provided the bus. I had checked out. While waiting for the bus they let me to put my bag there, allowing me to go out and sightsee.

I have to say that for a last minute accommodation this hotel is awesome! Very affordable at $40 per night, free shuttle to and from the airport and not to mention the staff has been very friendly. The language barrier can be worked on but overall I would definitely be back at this hotel the next time I’m here in Japan… please read the information booklet in the room to see everything that is provided free of charge… saved me a ton of money!!!

The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus.

This was a lovely property to stay at, convenient to the airport with the shuttle and equally convenient with a short walk on a quiet street to the historic area and temple in Narita. The room was small but efficient in the layout and water was super hot to melt away the jetlag! A great place to regroup after a long international flight.
