It’s nice but hot
While I love the lobby, breakfast buffet and evening offerings, the rooms are very small and my biggest complaint is the hotel doesn’t have central air. I was so hot all night long and couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. I couldn’t get comfortable in the room.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff who really took care of you. Hotel is spotless and a fantastic location. We enjoyed the breakfast and the drinks and food on offer in the evening. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends.

WestHouse was a perfect property to stay due to its proximity to Central Park south, Times Square, Broadway Theatres, and 5th Ave shopping. Nice beds with crisp linens and roomy floor plans. Large windows make the rooms brighter than most NYC hotel rooms we have frequented. Resort fee includes breakfast buffet and evening appetizers and drinks. Well worth the extra fee and food was varied and well prepared. Enjoyed eating on the terrace adjacent to the dining room since early-November sunshine was lovely. Front desk staff was welcoming and dining room staff was friendly, hospitable, and very hardworking. We will be returning to the WestHouse.

The location was perfect walking distance from Times Square with so many options to choose from to eat drink and have a good time. Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff wonderful midtown location. Rooms need a brighter light and outlet for chargers. Bathroom was large but shower was very small. Nice bed and lineen but room temperature could not be controlled room was very hot. It was to late and we were all tired and did not bring it up to staff. Happy hour, staff attending it and balcony on 23 rd floor was worth the stay would recommend it!

Boutique Hotel Not Quite 5 Stars
The service was excellent. 7 stars. The boutique hotel is classified as 5 stars but I think the rooms were run down and showing their age. The elevators were under renovation which made access slow. It’s biggest advantage is its access to Central Park and generally a great location close enough to all attractions and far enough from Times Sqaure
