Not great!
Not very good
We had two rooms
Room 1 The shower door was broken, mould on sealant in there and shower was not able to move it higher as it was wobbling so thought if we moved it would fall off the wall
the bed is not stable everytime moved made a sound.
Was woken up by the maid on a phone call in the room opposite as could hear everything as no underlay under carpets
Room 2
The water didn’t drain down the drain properly in the shower room
The floor was missing from entrance to shower
The wires behind fridge looked like a right bodge job! Didn’t look safe
The plus side is that it was close to moulin rouge and check in staff was friendly!

The reception area lovely as new furniture from photos on web site hopefully they are working around the rooms. Vreakfast got progressively smaller each day first day had cold meat next 2 days none third day no bread. Having paid a low price for Paris I didn't worry too much about breakfast but the danage and cleanliness of stairs poor

Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this hotel on their listings! Nothing was as advertised! NO a/c. A dirty fan was on nightstand, so they KNOW a/c doesn’t work! NO INTERNET! (On floors 3-5. )We were on 4th floor. They advertise full internet! Furniture was so old & falling apart. Bathroom was full of black mold. We are not hard to please people, but this was gross. Dirty threadbare carpets. Deadbolt didn’t work. We paid for a 10 night non refundable stay. We left after 1st night & found an apartment. Absolutely horrible! Front desk acts like their English is poor, so they don’t have to help you.

The hotel is in quite a good position, but I was discouraged by the broken fixtures in my room - light in bathroom, pedal bin, toilet roll holder, shower door... inside window looked out onto stairwell littered with cigarette butts. One staff member was friendly and helpful, but two others were offhand and one didn't know how to get us a taxi. The disorder was blamed on heavy bookings during the Olympics. That may well be true, but I do hope the renovations will take place in November.

The room was incredibly small, we asked to move to another and were charged an extra 15 euros a night for a marginally bigger room. There was a clump of long dark hair on the bed of the first room and mold in the shower of the second. The breakfast was disappointing, we only had it once and ate out for breakfast on the other days. I have chosen 3 stars as despite the above, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a more than basic place. The bathroom is very, very small, the phone in the room did not work, I was not given the WiFi password and therefore had to go all the way down to reception to ask for it. Overall, stay here if you are desperate but for the price charged I have stayed in much better hotels in Paris.

The room was too small, the shower was even smaller, the shower doors didn't close all the way, there was a huge Crack in the bathroom door, and since there was no air conditioning, we had to have our window open all night and the first night there an Indian couple was arguing past midnight. I was about to scream at them to shut up. Everyday I smelled ramen noodles and curry cooking. It made me sick to my stomach. This hotel is in the ghetto. The nasty carpet and spiral staircase looked like something out of The Shining. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff. They were extremely nice and professional. Because of the staff they get 2 stars.

Not a restful stay
Our room was very uncomfortable. The shower flooded into the room and there were exposed wires at outlets. The walls were so thin that conversations could be heard all night in other rooms and outside. The mattresses on both the bed and pullout were uncomfortable.

Property is very close to Metro. Very nice and helpful staff. Ali and the rest speak English very well. Space is a bit small, but I guess this is the norm in Paris. Definitely recommend this to anyone

Nice cheap place to sleep and have a restroom. Do not expect the best place to stay but if you are on a budget and do not want to spend too much money and time in hotel, than it is a good place to stay, just remember, you do get what you pay for, so do not expect too much for this place.

The cleaner stole my expensive sandals!!!
Reception staff I met were great but unfortunately thermos were shabby, bleached stained carpets, huge bed with n old saggy mattress which dipped in the middle. Very uncomfortable pillows was like sleeping on a bag of stones. We felt so uncomfortable in our rooms that we booked another hotel. The bed for me was an ultimate deal breaker I suggest the hotel invest in some new and decent mattresses. Also before I realised upon moving to another hotel the hotel cleaner had stolen an expensive pair of my flip flop/sandals! So to me apart from the helpful reception staff the rest was a nightmare! I am so happy we salvaged our short 3 night trip and booked another hotel that was absolutely a relief. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and my lesson is truly learnt. If you're happy with that standard and you want to save money then thats your choice. I'm sure some people would find it comfortable enough just for a small time but sadly it wasn't a "yes" from me. I would emphatically recommend you really do your research before just taking what seems to be the best lowest priced rooms on the site.Paris is beautiful and you deserve to make your vacation no matter show long or short the best that you can. Hope my review helped the customer and the hotel in some way.
