Fair and comfortable.
Nice hotel, clean and remodeled. . There is no door for the shower so the water goes everywhere. you have to walk on the wet floor. They need a floor towel or more towels. No English channels on TV. The table was too small. I'd say it's worth the money. I did not like the area.

Not happy stay
Wifi didn't work in the room very weak signal. Had to go to the lobby for wifi service. The surrounding area is dangerous. I will not stay there again

Not too far from the airport & good price
I arrived after midnight. The room did not appear to be air-conditioned as the window was open - no problem as the night was cool & traffic noise low as the hotel is off main roads. The night clerk spoke very little English, but I gathered that they had no transport to the airport. They organised me private taxi the next morning. Left before breakfast.

2/10 Poor

For the love of God....
If the fact that the first person to "welcome" you to this so-called "hotel" is dressed in black military uniform holding a loaded Uzi doesn't deter you, then maybe the fact that you are paying for the privilege of getting strong armed robbed to be sent to a filthy death-trap of a room should have you have you fleeing in terror and fear. Don't rationalize that the reception desk folks work behind bullet proof glass as "ok, by Mexican standards". Let me be very clear: If you are American you are hated with deep passion and WILL be ripped off. Do not expect even hot water or a room without dead bugs in the corners. If you aren't shot you will be coldly ignored if you dare complain about overcharging or uninhabitable accommodations. Do not think that your skills in fluent Spanish makes any difference. Native born Mexicans are also treated with hate and contempt. I know saying this sounds over the top...but it is sadly true and paying ANYTHING to stay even one night is exposure to dangerous conditions and hostility. You can do better, easily. I think warning innocent travellers deceived by hotel listings you might believe we're vetted for habitabily or "convenient" location for the nature of your trip is honorable and the honest "right thing to do" for your fellow humans.

2/10 Poor

Never again
Had to prepaid nights at this hotel. The service was so bad, had to move out earlier without refund for another day. Clean - yes. Modern -yes, but that all. Water in the shower one second boiling hot, the another-ice cold. Window - if you can call it that - almost not existing. Power outlets almost not existing. To hook up a laptop, you have to put some effort to it. No fridge in the room, no kettle, no coffee maker. No member of the stuff speak any English. Bottled water - be aware - mine was not only opened, but not even full. Restaurant different business, so no bill to room possible. And constantly people yelling outside, so forget about good night sleep. Have no idea, who put 4 stars on their logo, but comparing to other hotels - Lord should have 2.5 at the most. Stay away if you have a choice.
