This was a very nice, clean apartment. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but a special thanks to the maid who helped my husband and daughter carry our things up to the apartment. We only stayed in Bologna a short time but had a great stay!

The property was in a great location and we loved having the kitchen. The kitchen utensils need updating and the bed was very firm however it not stop us from sleeping very well! Overall it was very clean and comfortable and we walked everywhere.

Residenza Ariosto is an excellent place to stay in Bologna. The apartment is not luxurious but is clean ,comfortable and has everything you need. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend.

The central location was great, we could walk everywhere we needed with ease. The apartment was big, clean, had everything provided that we needed. The office we very friendly and helpful, and even had the apartment ready early. Late checkout was very easy to arrange as well. Our Apartment was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit (City map,eating recommandations, General and helpful Information for tourists etc). A Espresso maker with coffee was also provided :) Check in Communication was Smooth and friendly. Even though it was very central located our window was facing a relatively quiet ally, so all good. We can highly recommend the Residenza Ariosto. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed, (including a washing machine and detergent.) It is well located - walking distance tips the train station, major tourist sites and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. We cannot praise the staff at Studio Vita (the agency that manages the appartments) enough: check-in was very efficient; the staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us plenty of information about what to see and where to eat. A little problem with the toilet flush was quickly repaired. We would definitely stay at Residenza Ariosto again.
