Amazing staff, they always greet and smile when they see you. Especially Andy and Toni! We had an unpleasant incident in our room and Andy took efforts to get us setup into a different room. It was not convenient with our little one at a late night, but he did what he can with what could find that night. The next morning when we checked out, Toni apologized for what happened and ensured that we would be compensated for the situation. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Parksville.

Loved the location. Directly across street from Mini-Golf park and ocean beach. Lots of parking available. Convenient location for activities up and down the coast outside of Victoria.
