Safe and Convenient
As a single traveller for a weekend it was faultless , although a bit tired. Everything you need and I felt safe. Queen-size bed, bath and breakfast in a quiet but central position. Would recommend.

The room was small but nice. The shower/toilet was bigger than expected. Everything was clean. Front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. The area is very convenient, within walking distance to Baker Street tube station. I will stay here again for sure.

The rooms are small and basic, but were clean and had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities, the rooms are soundproofed and although we were next to the restaurant we didn’t hear any noise.

Honestly not value for money as price charged was for a 3-4 star hotel, but the value provided was not commensurate. The room was v compact and claustrophobic

We booked this very last minute, late at night, after being in an Airbnb with no AC/fans on the hottest day in London (or so we heard). We were extremely thankful for the working AC, kind staff late at night, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Also a quick walk to busses. Would definitely stay again!

A very friendly welcome, room clean and quiet, and an ideal base for my operation and partner visits at the nearby King Edwards’s hospital. Good base for anyone visiting London also!

Little gem near Baker Street.
Well located in a great area of London. Property is older but well maintained. Towels and bedding were clean. Both beds were comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful. If they help you get a taxi please have cash on hand. The driver would not accept card and took my friend to cash point. This should have been communicated. Nevertheless I appreciated their help. I would stay here again.

Good location but not great value for the price
Pros :Great location. Room was good size for London. Bed is ok, quite comfortable.
Cons: service not great. They can’t even help me call a taxi, which is strange for a hotel. Cleaning staff also not the most polite.

Wonderful hotel
Stayed for 1 night during our visit to London, the staff on reception were phenomenal. They helped us in ever way they could, very friendly and cheerful. We had the breakfast, which was extremely reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Would stay again if I’m the area! 😁😁
