Central and quiet
Central location. Park by curb to check in then go find the parking garage a couple of blocks along the street. You turn left down a controlled lane way and the garage is on your left. There is a small road sign with an E on it and One underneath. I missed it the first try and had to do a big loop to get back. A couple of blocks further up is an excellent Italian restaurant. Free use of laundry was nice.

Villahermosa stop over
We had an overnight layover when traveling by bus. We arrived by bus around 13:45. Unlike most other places we’ve been they’re strict about check-in time of 15:00. They were good about offering to hold our luggage until check-in. We walked around the area and got a bite to eat then check in went seamlessly. I had to ask for a 2nd towel but it was delivered quickly. Free breakfast is a nice option but also nothing special unless you pay for an upgrade. Overall a clean,comfortable spot in Viallahermosa central.

Overall it was great, the reception personel was not friendly, my opinion, they are not happy with their job, when you ask a question, they are very short and cranky, specially the females, there is a guy on the late shift (went home st 11pm Xmas eve) he is the only person that has a smile. They need some customer service training or look for a different job.

Mala experiencia
No lo recomiendo para nada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Incluye "desayuno" que sólo es café, jugo (de caja) y cereal, si quieres sandwich o hot cakes es con costo adicional. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación, pero por la zona después vi hoteles más económicos y seguramente igual de equipados
