Awful experience. not a 3 star rating at all , more suitable for a 1*. The second say we arrived there was a power cut from 6am to 6pm, resulting in no AC, no TV, no internet,no fridge, no lift, had to use a unlit toilet! every time we asked when would this be rectified kept getting told "soon". Considering we had a senior, disabled and diabetic patient with us.(this proved very stressful) However Double Tree hilton next door, was functioning normal!
The breakfast is very basic, with no variety (and no refills) - sliced bread, boiled eggs, sliced cheese, cucumbers,tomatoes, olives and salami.
cereal: corn flakes and coco pops
turkish tea and coffee or juice.
On the third day,early morning we had no water supply - unable to use WC, wash hands, or use kettle. Also note the Kettle is available at a charge, it is not included as advertised! we paid 25 TL for a broken faulty kettle.
The quality of service is poor, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned and linen changed, and to replace shampoo/shower gels.
Although on complaint to Expedia they refunded our Hotel stay but this required a few phone calls to expedia, UK and USA branch.
