NO RESPETARON la RESERVACION, como EXPEDIA da una tarifa mas baja que la que ellos aprobaron, no respetaron la reserva pero si COBRARON a la tarjeta la supuesta habitación. El personal ineficiente, no te dan una solución y solo te dicen que no pueden hacer valida la reserva y que te retires. Muy sucio, habia excremento de rata en los baños, el lavamanos sucio de pasta de dientes. La regadera era para bañarse con sandalias. Caro para lo sucio. Lastima q es casi el unico hotel en la zona y no hay otras opciones.
