Decent enough
For what we paid it was a good hotel, though we were unlucky to be there during unusually cold weather, and the hotel was not equipped to deal with this (heating etc.). It was all pretty basic, but that's what we paid for, so can't complain.

Não economize aqui! Escolha outro hotel.
Normalmente só faço avaliações em 2 ocasiões: quando um hotel é MUITO bom ou MUITO ruim, e infelizmente o Hotel Bandeira se encaixa no muito ruim. Fiquei no quarto do segundo andar, que são mais novos, mas havia muitas baratas embaixo do frigobar (que não foi limpo mesmo após eu pedir) e o chuveiro, que era de água temperada, não estava esquentando nos primeiros dias. O quarto também não foi limpo em nenhum dos 4 dias que fiquei. Pedi para trocar de quarto e me deram 3 chaves de quartos do andar interior para escolher, dos quais apenas um possuia frigobar e estava todo enferrujado, com estrutura muito antiga — que é o de menos nesse caso. A piscina do hotel tambem estava vazia, numa aparente reforma que foi deixada para trás. O atendimento e o café da manhã são bons. Os recepcionistas são educados e atenciosos, mas só foi eficaz para o caso do chuveiro. Tivemos que pedir chaves de quartos do andar inferior (com chuveiro elétrico) para tomar banho.

O Hotel não condiz com as fotos, a região não é segura, a única coiss que sslva é o staff que foi agradável , fora isso nada. Chuveiro não esquenta , áreas isoladas por um colchão no corredor, barulhento. Definitivamente não recomendo, fui iludido pelas fotos.

PIOR HOTEL
O PIOR HOTEL que já me hospedei, cheio de BARATAS, muito muito muito barulhento, não dá para dormir. As fotos do site estão desatualizadas, os quartos são pessimos, banheiro minúsculo e vazando água, não fornecem toalha de rosto (completamente sem nexo), o armário deve ter vindo de algum lixão, sujo, quebrado e fedido, lençol e cobertor rasgados, no banheiro tem mofo. Ao abrir a janela, a vista é para uma parede suja em um pequeno cúbico cheio de água parada pois fica gotejando do ar condicionado. Nosso quarto não tinha frigobar e no dia seguinte conseguimos um, porém sem chance de ligar, pois era muitooooo barulhento e de lá saiu várias baratas. Mosquito então, tem muitooo. As 5 da manhã começam os barulhos. Café da manhã as mesmas coisas todos os dias, dois tipos de bolos, pão de forma, frios, pão de queijo, ovo e salsicha, td bem simples. Mas o pior foram as BARATAS E O BARULHO. Piscina enorme e soltando a lona, da para ver a sujeira nas bordas e escada, a área de piscina parece que foi abandonada, cheia de coisa velha é mato. Painel da Tv velho é cheio de fios, com tomadas caindo. Se estiver a procura de um lugar para dormir, procurem outro, pq na parte de baixo vc não dorme. Na recepção vende água e refri, mas td quente. Tentei inserir um vídeo para melhor visualização, porém não aceita. Mas é isso, não recomendo pra ngm, nossas férias se tornaram um pesadelo.

O atendimento humano foi muito bom , funcionários atentos e cordiais. A estrutura predial má conservada não condiz com as fotos apresentadas. Fiquei nove dias o cardapio do café não alterou em nada. Ar condicionado com temperatura única não tem opção de mudança, piscina com muita folha, Estacionamento muito sujo, não tirei nenhuma foto do hotel!
