I booked for a 2 bed and upon arrival they only had a 1 bed because they gave away the 2 beds that i had already booked for and i was accompanying 4 peaople. I requested to cancel and for a refund but never recieved refund.

Worst place ever
Most horrible experience ever. No hot water , Dirty room, couldn’t get clean towels,Bed bugs, only 12 inches between the 2 beds, plywood holding air conditioner in place and then a inch gap were anyone could look in . I could go on but you get the point. HORRIBLE

This was absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to. I booked 2 double rooms and the first had a roach on the door as soon as i opened it. The second was not even cleaned from the previous occupant. I walked in and walked right back out and left immediately. I was told to contact expedia for a refund by the attendant at the property. The property manager has not responded to Expedia's request for refund so i’m assuming they are just taking peoples money at this point. THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA IMMEDIATELY

There were roaches everywhere, the room had a busted out window and was replaced with a slab of wood, and somebody stole the shower head. This place was awful, and should be shut down honestly.

Needs Lots Of Improvements
Came for Lost Lands music festival. The stay was okay, we didn't get bothered from the people who were living there. I can see they are trying to upgrade the hotel. New mattresses, but had plastic on them and the fitting sheet kept coming off. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets. No one came to exchange the sheets and provide new towels. We had buy our own towels and toilet paper. the shower curtain kept falling off, and was only on 4 hooks. It was just a place to recover but I don't think I will stay there for the next years festival.

The manager would not take care of my concerns which were uncleanliness and multiple health code violations- I complained about seeing 5 roaches, the bed was not made, the heat barely worked, there were no towels, washcloths, the carpet was not vacuumed and severely stained, the room smelled very bad, and the mattress looked like it had been collected from a dumpster. The manager said he couldn’t refund me and offered me a $10 discount for the following night if stayed a second night (what I needed to) and promise me that would be someone in to take care of all of my complaints and clean the room properly. I asked to move rooms and he said no- I could only do that if I checked out and came back in 4 to 5 hours at 3 PM, so I was stuck with the same dirty room because I could not leave at that time. However, I left an hour or two later, and I returned at midnight in the room and not been cleaned or touched. I fell asleep, unfortunately on a dirty bed. When I checked out this morning, they rushed me to leave at exactly 11 AM and did not address any of my concerns which involved the roaches. I have videos, and photos of all of these things, and I even took my water bottle up to the manager with a dead roach inside of it, I had the cat off while I was sleeping and when I woke up the roach was inside of it. I address the manager again when I was leaving and he said he would take care of me Next time I came by giving me a better room. Huge health concerns calling Health Dept
