Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

People smoking on the stairs and next to their rooms. Stairs smell like tobacco. My room was fleas infested and was move to a different room quickly. The towel was old and need to be replaced. We stayed there last year and was very impressed and satisfied. I haven’t given up on them yet.

The beds were comfortable. The lighting in the room was harsh, bright bluish white light, and the room had a funny smell at first. The breakfast was disappointing, with no fresh food, only prepackaged - grab and go.

Overall great stay
At the time of my stay they were remodeling therefore it was loud throughout the whole night up until 1 AM and then it restarted again at about 5 AM I’m sure they’ll be finishing soon but it is very beautiful inside very beautifully remodeled I would recommend it and I would stay there again myself. Hopefully by then they should be finished. The breakfast was really the only negative thing basically all sugary really nothing that healthy.

She charged us extra $20 for plugging in our refrigerator in the trailer cause she said it takes so much power. We got there late at night and left real early in the morning so we did not really use so much electricity.

Nasty rooms, terrible manager
We checked in, the room was hot. We went to dinner, so the room could cool down. The room was still hot when we returned. The toilet overflowed. We went to get a refund because it was prepaid (it wasn't supposed to be). The lady got on the phone with Hotels.com and argued with them for over an hour about a refund. They finally said we didn't have to pay for the 2nd night, but they wouldn't refund the 1st night. They tried to get us to book a different room, but my husband said no (because it was a dump) We finally left and stayed at another hotel. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although a bit high to climb on to. Bath tub needs a rod of some kind to hang on to. Or non skid strips on the floor of the tub. Breakfast was disappointing. Apple juice spigot was just water, cereal was a bit stale, no protein (eggs, sausage, etc).

Not a pleasant greeting, difficult to understand. Had to call for wifi later, not given at brief checkin. Lights way too bright, like sleeping under Vegas lights. Way too much noisy traffic at all times. Worst visit on our extended journey.

Had to leave early for family emergency
We had paid for three nights to stay at the hotel and we have a call from my son that we needed to get back to Colorado for a family emergency. We had to check out on Saturday and we did it at 10:45 a.m. and when I talked to the front desk the lady told me that I need to call hotels.com I called them to try to get my refund back then I got a email today stating that the hotel is not going to refund my money. Which is completely not ok why is it thay they get to keep my money when i didnt then stay in there room. I will be fighting this threw n threw.
