The hotel is located in a fairly central area. Walking to the central station is an option, and it’s also accessible by metro. Check-in was very easy. All the staff were polite and friendly. There was nothing to criticize about the rooms. The breakfast was above average. I would consider staying here again.

Good, simple accommodation with family options. The location is not the best being somewhat removed from the heart of Hamburg, but public transportation is pretty accessible. Being next to rail lines means there is some noise all night long, but it was not too obtrusive. Some great amenities like free laundry and fresh bread.

Super nice, open and friendly staff. Our room was cozy and clean. Shampoo and body wash were not available in the room, but could be purchased in the lobby. What impressed me, however, were the free female hygiene products! Definitely recommend!

Nice hotel but very poorly isolated; we could hear everything from our neighbors' bathroom and their crying babies at night... No sign to remind people to watch the use of their towels either... in 2022, it should appear everywhere, we believe...

Vi havde en mega dejlig og ubesværet tur 2 personer med hund. Virkelig imødekommende og god indkvartering. Hunden var så velkommen, og værelserne var relativt lydisolerede til trods for vores ellers lettere larmende hund.

Fedt hotel med fin afstand til shopping.
Vi var 14 veninder afsted på shoppingtur, og hotellet var virkelig godt indrettet til formålet. Der var mulighed for, at alle kunne sidde ved samme bord til morgenmad og aftendrinks. Hotellet er fedt indrettet og har masser af charme - dog ligger det i et mindre charmerende område. Der er ca. 20 minutters gang til shopping. Sengene var virkelig hårde og nogle af hovedpuderne var alt for høje.

Fiyat performans olarak iyiydi, odalar temiz ve sıcaktı. Çalışanlar dost canlısıydı, 6 Aralık günü kapımıza Noel baba çikolatası bırakmaları çok sevimliydi :) otel gayet güvenliydi ancak bulunduğu muhiti biraz tekinsiz hissettik. Başımıza bir şey gelmedi ama yalnız kalmayı tercih edeceğim bir muhit değil.

Tolles Team, netter Empfang, Zimmer zweckmäßig und einfach gehalten, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider ist vor der Tür eine dreispurige Straße, wo auch nachts noch Verkehr herrscht. Von morgens ab 6 Uhr an ist es WIRKLICH laut, leider. Nichts für Menschen, die nur leichten Schlaf haben. Fenster offen lassen geht eigentlich kaum, und Klimaanlage gibt es nicht
