We stayed there for three nights for a Northern Light adventure trip.
The hotel room's facilities are great, but the soundproofing is poor so it can be quite noisy at times.

Friendly service, excellent hotel
Always a good stay. On the main street across from the best coffee shop in town. The added perks of cream in the fridge for the morning Nespresso coffee is a nice touch.

Always good
Excellent 3 day stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was good but the bathroom was a but cramped. I had a nice view if the Yukon River from myv window. The hotel is located at the end of the main street and is close to everything you need

The hotel's location was within walking distance of Whitehorse's community. Also, you must visit their restaurant, Belly of the Bison.

Thin walls/loud sounds
I had a room on the first floor. The walls and ceiling are quite thin. The person in the room next to me was speaking on his cell phone, on speaker phone, and I could hear/understand both parts of the conversation. I could hear every step above me. The hotel staff started knocking on doors just after 8am to do "housekeeping" which is quite early. I wore earplugs but could still hear the noises. There is a large gap under the door--I blocked it with a pillow to drown out some of the noise and the light but it was still frustrating. The room was very clean but small.
