Very smart hostel, ideal for summer, has room terrace to sit out. Very easy access to Railway station. Peaceful small town, pretty. Small kitchen with basics for self catering. Public area with chairs to relax

Really good Service and the rooms looked clean too. Some other guests were unlucky though and had bed bugs in their rooms. The WC in the room was clean, but the ones in the common areas weren't always. The included breakfast is OK. There is also a Social Dinner, a small Bar and the location is perfect.

The Hostel was perfect but Peschiera should work on a traffic concept to get cars out of the city to get more comfortable for tourists. Also very important: develop a concept for cycling routes.

A man punched me inside my room when he tried to sleep in the bed I was assigned to. I said I was calling the police and the Italian chased me down the hall pulling down his pants saying explicit words. The staff wouldn’t call the police and basically defended him and said we didn’t see it so nothing we can do. I asked them to watch the video of him pulling down his pants in the hall chasing me and they did they didn’t have time. Absolute disgrace and very u safe place. My bags were moved from next to the bed and also my charger in the bed had been removed. I’m not sure why the men thought he could sleep there but this man needs to be in jail and the hostel protected him. He made the whole room feel very unsafe.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione ottima. Colazione essenziale ma più che sufficiente se non si hanno troppe pretese. Pulizia della camera ottima. Non ci siamo trovati benissimo con i letti, probabilmente perché non c'è la rete, sono appoggiati su un pianale di legno. Unica vera pecca la pulizia degli spazi comuni che però è diretta conseguenza della maleducazione degli ospiti, sopratutto la cucina in comune risente di questo problema, si dovrebbero etichettare le proprie cose, ma prima di lasciare la struttura per la fine del soggiorno si dovrebbe avere il buon senso di buttare via le proprie cose, se questo non viene fatto ci si ritrova con gli scaffali ed il frigo pieni di roba etichettata e mal conservata.

Superbe auberge de jeunesse
Une belle auberge de jeunesse où il y a vraiment tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin : laverie, cuisine... Les salles de bains privées dans chaque chambre est un gros + ainsi que le balcon. Grand hall d'accueil et patio extérieur. À moins de 5 minutes de la gare et 100 mètres du lac. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Je recommande.

Showed up an hour early and sat in the lobby. At three I asked the girl at the front desk if I could check in and she said the floor of my room was still drying. An hour and a half later I had to ask another worker if I could check in and the room he put me in had a bunch of people already in there, so I don't know what was with that lie about the floor drying...
