Great pleace, its old, but you are on the middle of nature. I did notices servers at the restaurant have full days shifts, the quality of service is bad at night but you can understand why, after 12 hours of work who wouldn't be in a bad shape...

Issue at check in
We had issues at check in, system was down and the gentleman told us we had to wait until the system was back on, which was ridiculous, that was not our fault, manager then checked us in manually. The rooms were not properly clean and in bad shape, they are not well kept. There was no hot water in one of the rooms

This hotel has great food, amazing views and awesome hospitality. It takes a while to get up the mountain, however, it was worth the wait! The staff is friendly. They don’t speak English at all though, it was a good thing I came with my Hispanic friends. Overall 10/10!
