We loved staying here. It was the in the perfect locations. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Fernanda arranged tours and transportation for us. She made sure we had a great trip! The restaurant upstairs was amazing and we loved the food counter downstairs where we could grab a complimentary drink and snack while we sat and talked! Terrific hotel for tourists!
This is a terrific hotel for tourists. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained. There is an all-day free snack bar, a nice feature. Special thanks to Kenia, who helped with finding a doctor when some health issues arose! I would just make one caveat about room choice. Our room was very small and with little light. It was called a “deluxe” room (a step up from cheapest). I spoke to other guests who had slightly pricier rooms, which seem to have a full view of the square. It is worth it to pay up for a better room.

A very pleasant stay in a wonderfully appointed hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and had a great view. The breakfast is definitely a plus, kudos to the pastry chef I love the pastries. Dinner at the restaurant is also equally great. The location is ultra convenient, except for the fact that it is so central the traffic is intense going in and out of the area. But if you want to walk around everything is within a few minutes walk
