I have stayed at this hotel before and hate to leave a bad review as I do like it but this time I had a situation that I feel they could have handled better. The day after arrival I came to my room to find it had not been serviced, I did not pay it much mind and just called front desk to tell them and ask to have trash removed as I had some small boxes,they took them and I gave them a tip next day I arrived to my room at 7 pm, again the room had not been cleaned, again I called front dest, no apology or explanation just came to collect trash again and nothing else. Third day the came in and changed towels but did not make bed! I decided to check out to an airport hotel as I had early flight next day even though I had pre payed for another day. At check out I mention nicely all this to the young man there to let them know and he just looked at me like he could care less and said nothing, the manager who was close by did ask me what happened and she was shocked as she did see I had called and nothing was done. She was very nice and offered me points but honestly just the apology was what I not needed but appreciated.
