Tribble experience
Terrible experience of this hotel.. My booking was confirmed by his staff by phone, but the hotel refuse any responsibility.... Even though my booking was free cancellation, I did not take action to cancel my booking, because hotel staff confirmed to change the booking Date. I really angry about this attitude.... Hotel needs renovating
The hotel is convenient if you have business in that part of town. But it is old and in dire need of renovation. The rooms were adequate but the fixtures and fittings, especially in the bathrooms were very worn. The linen was grey and not white. The hallway leading to my room was not vacuumed the hole time I was there (3 days) and you could tell as the same dirt was there. Breakfast was very disappointing. The menu in fairness may have been aimed at a more local market, but the quality of the crockery was like the rest of the place - old, cracked and needing replacing. Wouldn't stay again and prefer to drive a little extra and stay in better hotel.
