We have stayed at this accommodation on a number of occasions and will continue to do so if we return to Taupo. Our room had a great view of the lake. Our checkin was easy and quick. Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Easy walking distance to eating places

Good views. Perfect location for us.
We've stopped here a number of times. The location suits us. The staff are welcoming and happy to assist with anything we ask about. Great views of the lake from our room. Mt Ruapehu can be seen in the distance on a clear day.

The reception lady was very nice and welcoming, she went above and beyond. She has a big heart, I would definitely stay here again thanks to her kindness. I had a 2nd floor room which had views of the lake and close walk to everything. I loved the bathroom tiling, and the kitchen had everything i needed, wish i could have stayed longer! Sky tv a bonus

We loved the view from our room - we don't usually get that when we stay in Taupo. We were very happy with parking space, but a neighbour along from us did abuse us about being in our space. I think the markings were not clear and he did not understand then (he was from another country.)
