Terrível, hotel péssimo estado, tive que trocar de quarto pois ar condicionado estava quebrado, paredes mofas, tudo descascando, não trocam toalhas, não repõem sabonete, elevadores precisam de manutenção, café da manhã sofrível.. não recomendo para ninguém e não volto jamais para esse hotel.. único ponto positivo é a localização para quem tem que ficar no centro

Durante minha estadia, percebi que a manutenção do quarto poderia ser um pouco mais cuidadosa, pois alguns detalhes deixavam a desejar. O café da manhã também foi bem simples, e o bolo, infelizmente, estava um pouco ressecado. Acredito que com pequenos ajustes, o local tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência mais aconchegante e agradável aos hóspedes.

Não recomendo a ninguém a hospedagem nesse hotel, destaco os itens abaixo: O elevador de serviço estragado, ficando 2 elevadores para atender mais de 200 hospedes, em média você tem que esperar cerca de 25 minutos para conseguir o elevador, diversas vezes tive que subir e descer 12 andares pela escada. Banheiro sem chave, porta com buraco, sem ducha higiênica, café da manhã sem nenhuma qualidade.

Os funcionários muito bom atendimento, sobre a reserva no site nao especificava que tinha que pagar o estacionamento na hora fora que a garagem que guardava o veiculo fica a 3 quadras do hotel , quarto velho ligava o ar tremia toda a janela barulho horrivel , sem condição nem uma de dormir tendo ate msm que dormir com o ar desligado , porta velha com problema na chave toda hora , frigobar velho com problemas no uso , iluminação ruim , lampadas queimadas , elevador de péssimo servico .
