This is a nicely run, friendly place. It is quite central and near the station for shops, trams, u and s bahn. It is close to some adult venues but we didn’t feel unsafe. The breakfast was nice and had many different foods but it was the same every day. Generally, a decent reasonably priced hotel. The Lufthansa airport bus stops about 10mins walk away so that is an easy option.

Very conveniently located, though the area around could be seen as dirtier, I never felt unsafe. Would definitely recommend staying here. We were very comfortable in our spacious, warm room with quirky wallpaper and fantastic sound proofing. Having a balcony and staying on the upper floor was an added luxury. The occasional street noise at night didn't bother us. We made good use of the many interesting restaurants in the area, especially Yemeni food.

This property has an excellent location if you want an affordable stay near to the hauptbanhof. The staff was friendly, the check in easy, the room lovely and unique, as well as spacious and comfortable. Dining options abound, and I really enjoyed my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Our family of 5 (3 teens) booked 2 rooms and had a wonderful experience! This hotel is very convenient to the central train station, so we were easily able to do tours and day trips. The staff was super friendly and spoke English. We visited during a heat wave in July, and the air conditioning was AMAZING! It’s central air, not just a tiny a/c unit. The rooms also have very small mini fridges. The first night in one room it seemed very noisy, but then we realized a window to the street was open and after closing it there was no more problem. The beds were comfy and the rooms had everything we needed. I know the hotel has an excellent add on breakfast but we never tried it. There is a grocery store (Lidl) just around the corner so we stopped there every day for pastries and fruits for 5 people for under 6 Euros total. There’s also a pharmacy 2 blocks away, which we ended up needing as well. The area right around the hotel has a bit of everything. We ate at 2 different Middle Eastern restaurants and got treats from a bakery and the food was all outstanding. There is a German biergarten nearby too, but we never ate there. (Augustine-Keller downtown is great though!) There were several strip clubs and Erotica stores in the nearby area too, which was a little awkward with teens, but we never had any issues. My only very minor complaint is that the lighting in the rooms could be better - it wasn’t enough for reading comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again though!
