Avoid at all cost. I booked but hotel was closed. I didn't get a refund. I tried to call their telephone but no one picked up. So stay away from this place. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why Hotel.com still has this available on their site. I couldn't even speak to a Hotel.com customer service. All directed to automated responses.

Das Hotel war unter der angegebenen Telefonnr. (gleich wie Webseite) nicht zu erreichen. (ca 20 Versuche) Anfrage wegen Verspätung über Email eben falls ohne Rückantwort. Personal ansonsten sehr nett und freundlich.
