It’s always great to stay at this hotel, we needed to stop and rest before we continued our trip by car from Texas to Guadalajara. I love staying here even if it’s for 1 night.

We were in Saltillo visiting my wife's family. I had to work remotely during this time. Hotel Nuvo turned out to be perfect for us. Great little work area, strong wifi, friendly staff. On site underground parking was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again. Look forward to trying a suite next time.

At first the welcome was honestly a little rude, I loved the installations in general, the room was like an apartment, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff and day concierge were the best, really nice and of great help. It's quiet and really comfortable.

No fue lo que esperaba.
Viajo a Saltillo dos veces al año y hace un par de años quería probar este lugar. La verdad no fue lo que esperaba: No se ve mal, tiene un estilo moderno pero las escaleras y alfombras estaban muy sucias, con cabellos largos regados por todos lados, lo mismo fue dentro de la habitación en el piso; eso para mí es muy desagradable, no sé si no asearon bien antes de los huéspedes anteriores o era de la gente de limpieza pero de verdad era exagerada la cantidad de cabellos en el piso. La cama era firme y cómoda (un punto a favor) pero la limpieza de pisos y ventanas no las puedo superar. Solo estuve una noche pero no me quedaron ganas de regresar. Por el mismo precio me quedado dos noches en otros hoteles, algunos de cadena, y mi experiencia ha sido mucho mejor. En resumen, este hotel tal vez para una emergencia estará bien, pero no para un viaje planeado.

Excelente!
Super recomendado. El servicio del personal muy bueno, las instalaciones practicas y muy cómodas. Lo que estaba excepcional fue el desayuno, la verdad de muy buena calidad. Pequeño el hotel y practico para la estancia rápida que tuvimos. Esta en una zona muy segura y hay muchos lugares para comer cerca así como supermercados. Si volvería.
