Obviously a budget-quality hotel choice, and I knew that when I booked. However, it is best suited to prospective guests who are both deaf and have no sense of smell. It was insanely loud, with no soundproofing whatsoever between the rooms, the bar downstairs, and the hallways - and when I complained, I was told "It is impossible that you heard noise from your room" (on the floor above the bar). Plumbing is best described as perilously fragile. Toilet was not connected when I arrived, and also was not bolted to the floor, so it tipped to the right by an alarming degree every time I needed to use it. Requests to fix it were met with shrugs. Mold abounded, things were in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and the room was not made up on the second day of my stay. Pretty much the only good thing I can say about the place is that it didn't have bedbugs...however, the unscreened room windows were left wide open (by the staff), presumably to mitigate the smell of the mold, so there were other bugs to deal with. I have literally never had a less comfortable stay anywhere I have ever travelled to.
